How do you ship my product?

Ulubulu's primary shipping provider is the United States Postal Service.

We ship all packages under 14oz via First Class Mail.

Other shipping options may be available during the check out process.

How do I track my order?

If a tracking number is available for your package, you will receive the tracking number via email. It will also be available via the Order Status link included in your order confirmation email.

I did not receive a tracking number

Please be sure to check your spam folder if you have not received your tracking information.

International Shipments (Outside of the United States) may not include a tracking number. This is a limitation of the carrier.

If you order ships within the United States and you can not find your tracking information in your email inbox or spam folder, please Contact Us with your order number, email address used to order, and the name and address you had your order shipped to. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • We promise to process your order within 72 hours from confirmation.
  • This does not mean it will be delivered to your door in that time.
  • It means we will have your product packaged, a shipping label assigned and ready for carrier pickup within 72 hours or sooner.
  • Depending on which shipping method you choose, it may spend 2-5  business days in transit with the carrier.
  • Note: We do not guarantee delivery dates these are estimates only.

I put the wrong shipping address on my order! What now? 

  • We are not responsible for INCORRECT addresses input during checkout.
  • If your order has Shipped with the wrong address, your package will be returned to us. If you do not proactively contact us, we will call you to let you know that your package has been returned and will give you the option to re-ship for a fee or cancel the order and refund the order minus shipping fees. This fee cannot be avoided. Please Contact Us so we may correct your address and reship it.
  • If your order has NOT Shipped please Contact Us so we may correct your address.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship globally via UPS and USPS.

Please note: Some countries may charge a customs fee or import tax, this is not a charge made by Ulubulu but by your country. 

The only countries we do not ship to, due to sanctions, are:

  • Cuba (BIS)
  • Iran (OFAC)
  • North Korea (BIS)
  • Sudan (OFAC)
  • Syria (BIS)

    Returns

    We offer an easy, 30-day return/exchange policy on purchases.

    Simply fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form at the bottom of this page. Once approved, send your item(s)back to us, in its original condition, and we will accommodate your request for a replacement item, store credit, or refund to the original payment method.

    Returned products are NOT resold. Returned products are returned back to the manufacturer in accordance with their return policy and/or donated to a charity of our/their choice.

    Return Policy Details

    • If you are returning merchandise for a refund/exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges that have already been incurred.
    • We do not accept Returns on ANY Personalized item. Due to the custom nature of the product we are unable to accept any returns exchanges.
    • If the return is due to our mistake for any reason, we’ll pay for return shipping and provide a return label via email.
    • Understandably, “free” gifts with purchase, may be charged retail price, if all items purchased are “returned” except the “free” gift w/purchase.
    • Marked Closeout/non-returnable items, are not eligible for return guarantee, of course, unless defective, for exchange of same item.
    • Due to the nature of our products and as is Universal Retail Policy, “Opened” and “Used” products may not be returned. 

      Exchanges

      • If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.
      • We do not accept Exchanges on ANY Personalized item. Due to the custom nature of the product we are unable to accept any returns exchanges.
      • If the exchange is due to our mistake for any reason, we’ll pay for return shipping and provide a return label via email.
      • For items that shipped free, our shipping costs to exchange your product will be deducted from your refund.
      • An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
      • Returned items must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
      • Marked Closeout/non-returnable items, are not eligible for return guarantee, of course, unless defective, for exchange of same item.

        Return Procedure

        IMPORTANT: You MUST fill out our Return Merchandise Authorization form to ensure proper credit for return. Returns without an RMA will be refused and returned to the shipper.

        After you receive your RMA Approval from Ulubulu

        1. We recommend that you ship your package INSURED to ensure safe arrival. If Ulubulu covers the cost of returning the product a prepaid return label will be emailed to you
        2. If possible, please use the ORIGINAL shipping box and packaging materials to ensure the arrival of your return in NEW condition.
        3. Write your RMA # Clearly on Outside of Box in black marker.
        4. Returns & Exchanges must arrive in NEW, original condition, in their original full packaging.- Thank you!
        5. Packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from purchase.
        6. Ship it to the address provided in the RMA approval.
        7. Once we receive the returned product(s), they will be inspected and your refund amount will be sent back to your financial institution. Due to variations in each financial institution, it may take 6-8 weeks for your refund to appear on your statement.

           

          Restocking Fees

          There are no restocking fees with the following exceptions:

          • Returns received in worn condition, or outside of original packaging may also be returned to sender, or refunded 75% of the original purchase price, at our discretion.
          • REFUSAL of a shipped and confirmed order, may be liable for up to a 10% restocking fee, and any and all gift wrapping costs incurred, at our discretion.
